Our services begin with a consultation to understand your requirements. This consultation is provided at no cost and includes:

Project Agreements

All project work is governed by separate written agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation. These project agreements supersede these general terms for the specific work described.

5. Intellectual Property

Client IP

You retain ownership of all intellectual property that you provide to us or that is developed specifically for you under our engagement.

Our IP

We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, tools, and general knowledge. Pre-existing IP remains with its respective owners.

Third-Party IP

We respect third-party intellectual property rights and expect our clients to do the same. We will only use properly licensed software and technologies in our services.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details. This includes:

  • Technical specifications and architectures
  • Business strategies and plans
  • Financial information
  • Personal data and customer information
  • Any information marked as confidential

7. Service Standards

We commit to providing services with:

Response Times

We strive to respond to consultation requests within 1 business day during Central European Time business hours (9:00-18:00 CET).

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Timely feedback and decision-making
  • Necessary access to systems and stakeholders
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Timely payment according to agreed terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements
  • Force majeure events excuse performance delays or failures

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. All client data is handled with appropriate security measures and confidentiality.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing engagements with written notice as specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination:

  • Payment obligations survive for completed work
  • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
  • We will return or destroy client data as requested
  • Both parties retain their respective intellectual property

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Czech Republic law. Any disputes will be resolved through Czech courts or through arbitration as agreed in individual project contracts.
